• Credit Recovery.

Before contacting the Judge, the Firm, in the interest of the Client, conducts a procedure of recovery by sending the Debtor letters of formal notice. 

If the Debtor does not correspond the due even to the outcome of the reminders of the Firm, the Client can decide whether to request to the Court the issuance of the injunctive decree, considering the solvency of his debtor.

• The Transaction.

Another recurring case of out of Court activity lent by the Firm is the one aimed at achieving a Settlement, that is an agreement with the opposing party that puts an end to the dispute already in progress or avoids a controversy which has not yet begun, but which might arise.

In that case, the Parties, at the end of the negotiation, which will be conducted by the Firm, sign a contract whereby each of the two shall recognize the other a concession, in exchange for the definitive cessation of the litigation in being (or the reciprocal waiver to introduce it): technically, as a result of the settlement, will definitively cease the matter of contention between the parties.

• The Arbitration.

Arbitration is a form of alternative justice to that before the judicial authority and appeals when the parties decide to entrust the decision of a dispute – even in this case already arisen or that could arise – to Arbitrators; their decision have the same value as the judgment of the Judge.

The advantage of arbitration is that it is much quicker than a normal cause.
